  • 400.0 ml Coconut milk (full fat)
  • 500.0 ml Vegetable broth
  • 10.0 g Turmeric powder
  • 20.0 g Fresh ginger
  • 4.0 cloves Garlic
  • 1.0 piece Onion
  • 45.0 ml Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2.0 g Black pepper
  • 5.0 g Cumin

Instructions

    Cut cauliflower into florets, toss with olive oil and roast at 200°C for 25 minutes.

    Sauté onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.
