  • 45.0 ml Extra virgin olive oil
  • 4.0 cloves Garlic
  • 10.0 g Lemon zest
  • 2.0 g Red pepper flakes
  • 30.0 g Parmesan (optional)

Instructions

    Cut broccoli into uniform florets. Thinly slice garlic.

    Toss broccoli with olive oil, season with salt and pepper.

    Spread on baking sheet, roast at 220°C for 20 minutes until charred edges.
