- 45.0 ml Mirin
- 45.0 ml Sake
- 30.0 ml Raw honey
- 400.0 g Baby bok choy
- 15.0 ml Sesame oil
- 30.0 g Pickled ginger
- 10.0 g Black sesame seeds

Whisk miso, mirin, sake, and honey. Marinate cod for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Remove excess marinade from fish to prevent burning.

Broil cod on high for 8-10 minutes until caramelized and flaky.
