  • 600.0 g Black cod fillets
  • 80.0 g White miso paste
  • 45.0 ml Mirin
  • 45.0 ml Sake
  • 30.0 ml Raw honey
  • 400.0 g Baby bok choy
  • 15.0 ml Sesame oil
  • 30.0 g Pickled ginger
  • 10.0 g Black sesame seeds

Instructions

    Whisk miso, mirin, sake, and honey. Marinate cod for at least 2 hours or overnight.

    Remove excess marinade from fish to prevent burning.

    Broil cod on high for 8-10 minutes until caramelized and flaky.

    Quickly sauté bok choy in sesame oil until just wilted.

    Serve cod over bok choy, garnish with pickled ginger and sesame seeds.
