- 200.0 ml Whole milk
- 12.0 g Ceremonial matcha powder
- 4.0 pieces Gelatin sheets
- 60.0 ml Raw honey
- 5.0 ml Vanilla extract
- 50.0 g White chocolate (optional)

Bloom gelatin sheets in cold water for 5 minutes.

Whisk matcha with a small amount of warm milk until smooth paste forms.

Heat cream, remaining milk, and honey until steaming.
