  • 60.0 g Broccoli sprouts
  • 150.0 g Lacinato kale
  • 100.0 g Red cabbage
  • 100.0 g Brussels sprouts
  • 30.0 g Pumpkin seeds
  • 45.0 ml Extra virgin olive oil
  • 30.0 ml Apple cider vinegar
  • 10.0 g Dijon mustard
  • 10.0 ml Raw honey
  • 1.0 clove Garlic

Instructions

    Remove kale stems and massage leaves with a drizzle of olive oil until tender.

    Shave Brussels sprouts and red cabbage thinly using a mandoline or sharp knife.

    Whisk olive oil, apple cider vinegar, mustard, honey, and minced garlic for dressing.
