  • 150.0 g Rice noodles
  • 2.0 pieces Pasture-raised eggs
  • 100.0 g Shiitake mushrooms
  • 150.0 g Bok choy
  • 20.0 g Fresh ginger
  • 3.0 cloves Garlic
  • 30.0 g Green onions
  • 2.0 pieces Nori sheets
  • 10.0 ml Sesame oil
  • 30.0 ml Coconut aminos

Instructions

    Soft-boil eggs for 6.5 minutes, then ice bath and peel.

    Heat bone broth with sliced ginger and garlic until simmering.

    Cook rice noodles according to package, drain and divide into bowls.
